Chuncho, a rare native cacao variety from Peru, forms the foundation of this unique chocolate bar. Sourced from Urubamba, renowned for its ancient and aromatic cacao, these beans are notably smaller than the average, about two-thirds the size. Despite their diminutive stature, these beans offer a fruitiness that is gentle and well-rounded, rather than sharp. The sweetness of the bar unfolds like Hosui Pear initially, followed by hints of yellow stone fruit, culminating in a delicate floral finish.
