Following the success of Slok’s Rose Wine Duck Liver Sausage bar, they were eager to craft another bar featuring symbolic Asian ingredients. Fermented bean curd, a staple in Chinse kitchen, offers rich possibilities—it serves both as a condiment for dishes and a delicious accompaniment to rice.
While fermented bean curd releases a rich flavor and aroma, it can be overpowering in dark chocolate; however, it harmonizes beautifully with white chocolate. Incorporating strawberry pieces adds a touch of sweetness and tanginess, perfectly balancing the dominant savory essence of fermented bean curd.
