SLOK – Aged With Hops 72%

This chocolate bar is a result of SLOK’s collaboration with Mak’s Beer, a local brewery in Hong Kong. SLOK incorporated Mak’s Beer hops into the recipe, crafting a delightful aged bar. By blending the floral notes and bitterness of the hops with the inherent longan flavor of beans from the Philippines, they created a harmonious balance with a subtle beer-like bitterness lingering at the finish.

It’s important to note that no additional flavors are introduced into the bar.
