Real white chocolate! This is something unique in Chile: OBOLO uses cocoa butter obtained from pressing organic cocoa beans from the Pangoa cooperative in Peru. This butter maintains many of the oral and fruity notes of cocoa, resulting in complex and flavorful white chocolate. This chocolate was recognized with a Bronze Medal (2019) at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in London.
