Costa Esmeraldas cacao beans were carefully roasted, cracked into nibs, and aged for four weeks in an oak cask with Odd Society Distillery’s Commodore single malt whisky. The barrel was turned twice daily, allowing the nibs to absorb the whisky’s nuanced character and the oak’s warm essence.
After aging, the nibs were dried and stone-ground to create a luxuriously rich dark chocolate. Each bite reveals a harmonious blend of deep cacao, subtle whisky undertones, and a whisper of oak—a complex and unforgettable flavor experience.
