Friis-Holm calls their La Dalia chocolates “The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend” because they are made from a mix of different cacao bean varieties. When they asked the farmers to sort the beans by type, they playfully refused, so they jokingly dubbed it a lazy approach. Fortunately, this mix results in fantastic chocolate with diverse flavours.

Friis-Holm’s La Dalia 70% is part of the same series as La Dalia 60%, La Dalia 85%, and La Dalia 100%. The La Dalia 70% is an acidic chocolate with rich chocolate notes and hints of black currant.
