Friis-Holm calls their La Dalia chocolates ‘The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend’, because it is a mix of different sorts of cacao beans. When Friis-Holm asked the farmers to sort the beans into different sorts, they said no! So as a friendly banter, Friis-Holm thought that was a bit lazy! But luckily enough, chocolate lovers now get to enjoy this fantastic chocolate with a mix of many different sorts.

Friis-Holm’s La Dalia 100% is in the same series as La Dalia 60%, La Dalia 70%, and La Dalia 85%. The La Dalia 100% is a very acidic chocolate, with a mineral character. Friis-Holm’s La Dalia 100% won a Gold medal at the 2023 International Chocolate Awards in the category “Best 100%”.
