This collection of filled chocolates is a tribute to Friis-Holm’s partnership with Hansens Is, Denmark’s renowned gourmet ice cream makers. Inspired by four of Hansens’ classic ice creams, these chocolates bring beloved flavors into a new form, celebrating the legacy of the Hansen family.

The box includes: Solbærstang, Solstang, Hindbærbæger, Rabarbervaffel

Each chocolate is double-layered, featuring a smooth vanilla cream and a fruit or berry filling. Made without alcohol, these treats capture the fun and craftsmanship that both Friis-Holm and Hansens Is are known for.

This collection was created to honor Hans-Jørgen, the 3rd generation of the Hansen family, who continues to be actively involved in their ice cream business. A delicious nod to Denmark’s best ice cream in chocolate form!
