Friis-Holm’s Barba 70% is a sweet yet subtly flavoured chocolate. It’s an “easy” chocolate to enjoy, but towards the end of the tasting, you might detect a hint of black pepper spice. We named this chocolate Barba after discovering a group of trees in Nicaragua with white lianas that resembled moustaches.
