Chanthaburi, a stunning coastal region just a few hours southeast of Bangkok, is where our journey began. During a recent visit to Thailand, Fjak’s team had the pleasure of meeting husband-and-wife team Boom and Suriya at their small farm, alongside the dedicated Thai Cacao team. They explored farms and the fermentation process center, and in the evenings, they enjoyed karaoke with Boom, who is not only an amazing cocoa farmer but also an incredible karaoke singer!
