Chanthaburi, a stunning coastal region just a few hours southeast of Bangkok, is where our journey began. During a recent visit to Thailand, Fjak’s team had the pleasure of meeting husband-and-wife team Boom and Suriya at their small farm, alongside the dedicated Thai Cacao team. They explored farms and the fermentation process center, and in the evenings, they enjoyed karaoke with Boom, who is not only an amazing cocoa farmer but also an incredible karaoke singer!

All of Fjak’s single-origin bars are crafted with just cocoa beans, sugar, and cocoa butter. Their chocolates are free from soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten, with no added lecithin or vanilla.
