This single-origin bar is named after the Apoyo Lagoon Natural Reserve in Nicaragua, where our farm and factory are located. The reserve features a volcanic lagoon filled with warm fresh water, creating a natural mirror that beautifully reflects the nearby Mombacho Volcano.
